The less you cook with meat, the less meat you will need to buy. It's as simple as that.
I love making a meal with pasta/vegetables/sauce. It's very simple, can be healthy, and inexpensive. There are many ways to get creative with this too.
I even like to have breakfast food for dinner sometimes, such as pancakes or waffles. Another simple and cheap idea.
If you plan to have a meal like this once a week, you will decrease your costs.
